All parents are concerned with providing their child with the best education resources and support. Singapore has a good support system to help special needs children in Singapore. There are numerous private special needs schools in Singapore, preschools and kindergarten for special needs children as well as 19 government-funded MOE Special Education schools (SPED). Singapore has also implemented an Early intervention Programme for Infants & Children (EPIC) to support them nurture their skills and potential.
