Geography
Students will have their first encounter with geography as a humanities subject in Secondary school (similar to social studies and history). One thing to note is that upper secondary geography syllabus is a huge step from lower secondary geography syllabus, and it is important to keep that in mind when your child chooses their final O levels or N levels subject combination at the end of secondary 2 as a full subject or an elective subject.
Beyond secondary school geography, students can also take up H1 or H2 geography as an A level subject or even choose to pursue geography at a tertiary level or at a polytechnic level.
Our articles shine light on how to increase interest in the subject, prepare for exams, as well as some study hacks to make studying a new subject easier.
