Student well-being is not promoted enough, and study-linked stress is a growing concern for both parents and students. Under the intensive Singapore education curriculum, students suffer from test anxiety, exam stress, lack of sleep, poor eating habits and constantly worry about their results and grades. With many major exams that students are constantly put through, PSLE, O levels, N levels and A levels, it is inevitable that students feel constantly stressed out and worried about their academic performance.
In this section, we share about how students can manage and overcome academic stress, how to overcome exam results tension and overcome result fear and how to combat stress and anxiety during the exam period.
