Your new coordinator is not as patient and professional as your senior ones. More training is needed to ensure that your service remains excellent. However, pretty impressed with the tutor you introduced (Ms Mandy for English) she is extremely caring, the nicest tutor my daughter has ever had so far. Very happy. You should recommend her to more clients.
