iOS Guide – Enable SmileTutor Assignments App Notifications

Step 1: Go to iOS Settings > Notifications > SmileTutor Assignments App > Allow Notifications

Step 2: Tick all 3 options: Lock Screen, Notification Centre and Banners

Step 1: Disable ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode by clicking the Focus icon or add SmileTutor Assignments App as an exception

Disable "Power Saving Mode" iphone

Step 3: Navigate to Settings > General > Background App Refresh (select twice) > Make sure Wifi & Mobile Data is selected

Select "Wifi and Mobile Data"

Step 4: Double-check that you’ve not muted this bot in SmileTutor Assignments App

Android Guide – Enable SmileTutor Assignments App Notifications

Step 1: Go to Phone Settings > Apps > Manage Apps

Step 3: Under ‘Manage Notifications’, make sure it’s set to Allow

Step 4: Disable battery-saving mode or add SmileTutor Assignments App as an exception
