Just a short note to say how pleasant ALL my interactions have been with all of our staff so far! Of course, the quality of the tutor I guess is paramount, and with my son’s first lesson only schedules for next week, maybe I should be waiting till then before giving you my feedback! Nonetheless, I think compliments for my experience so far (the user friendly website and online form / promptness in getting a response by phone the next day / clear and prompt texts containing the teacher’s profiles, and responses to my queries / pleasantness of the hotline staff) is still warranted!
