The agency was able to note my concerns and assign a good profile fit, even arranging for an interview session with the potential tutor to assess her suitability and comfort with teaching my child. Ms Angelya was assigned and though she is a part time tutor, she understood the syllabus well and was able to guide my child patiently through and building good rapport with my child to overcome difficulty with the Chinese language.
