When I sent Smiletutor my expectations for a tutor, a lady from Smiletutor (pls help me commend this lady, didn’t get her name, she was very patient and attentive) responded to me and updating tutor’s info to me and was resourceful at getting tutors that matched my expectations. Thus far, Tutors introduced, Ms Lin Chan and Mr Ashley are experienced and qualified teachers, they are very knowledgeable, confident, friendly, patient, helpful and accommodative.
